Politics within Vínfalov-Meyle
Vínfalov-Meyle, 4 years after Soviet Occupation, formed its first people's parliament to give the citizens a voice within the territory. The Peoples' Assembly has convened since that moment to operate as a mostly powerless legislative branch, voting on proposals and having independence over minor bureaucracy within Vínfalov-Meyle. The Assembly convenes on a monthly basis for 4 days to discuss matters of state. The Assembly consists of 59 members, granting each of the 18 states 3 members of representation. 1 is appointed by the reigning Nobles and the other 2 are elected by the citizens through Run-off elections and are proportionally separated into Vínfalov and Meylean seats. All other minority ethnics within the territory are granted a single, non-voting seat.
Parties are banned within the Assembly but political groups are allowed as long as they do not recruit off said platform and run elections under their name or fund Members within the group's elections.
