This proposal aims to condemn the region “Lily” for their contributions to the raider sphere.

Whilst Lily has done different types of raiding, this condemnation is written as a “commendation in disguise” and gives Lily a shiny badge of honor, along with attention. It is not in 10000 Islands' interest to promote raiders’ badges for their actions. Additionally, the current condemnation is poorly written.[/box]
