Policy Research Institute Proposes Health as General Intensifier

Weighing in on the continuing debate over the Entropist proposal for expanding healthcare funding in Polis Diamonil, one of the nation's many policy research institutes has weighed in on a highly contingent model of the proposal, and furthermore it has taken the unusual step of encouraging both competing and cooperating policy research groups to rebuild the Entropist program speculatively according to a new concept of medicine whereby exceptional healthcare services entrench patterns in society.

"The contention that their success would be an unforced benevolence in the quality of health provision in Polis Diamonil is true, but so are competing contentions that their success would impair our nation's economic efficiency. As compromise acknowledging the truth in both perspectives, we should require of the Entropists that they bring some substantial advancement to our society first," said a policy research representative while touring the allotments in representation of this concept.

There have been murmurs of interest among the policy research groups, but the strongest immediate response has been from the Martyrs of the Unknown Soul, who have published estimates of the consent-basis of the law in Polis Diamonil, alongside formal withdrawal of their unconditional support for the entropists. "We believe the Entropist proposal would not of itself improve the quality of governance in Diamonil, but we believe on the basis of the general intensifier model recently presented by our colleagues, that if this policy were presented as part of a policy package improving the consent base of our nation, it would strengthen and stabilize that policy package," said a Martyr of the Unknown Soul representing the new policy of the Unknown Souls.

Actual policy development has continued its present period of exceptionally hesitant development, as the allotments have been dominated by an attitude of virtuous uncertainty. On-the-record statements and public discussions have been dominated by insistences that all consent paradoxes need to be resolved for the government to act in ways other than preservationist policy constructs.

Speaking to the media about recent deliberations, an allotted politician courted scandal with outre statements condemned as unscientific contradiction with statements in allotment, as the politician went on the record saying, "The problem is actually the alien mind control shield on Diamonil... The truth or fiction of alien mind control apparatuses in Polis Diamonil is being a surprisingly consistent debate.
