Each "Provider" Nation is the equivalent of a company in the real world, and "provides" stocks of its own to the market.
Investors will purchase and sell stock from nations, causing prices to rise and fall.
The market will "open," meaning you can purchase and sell stocks at noon Monday (EST). The market will "close," meaning you are unable to purchase or sell stocks at noon Sunday (EST), for the market to cool down and the weekly percent increase/decrease to be updated.
Since the market updates weekly, percent changes will also be calculated from a weekly basis.
Each investor will start with $100 USD. This will be used to purchase shares
To enter the market as a stock provider, you must follow these steps.

1. Contact Krezenel and let them know you would like to provide a certain type of stock. This stock with relate directly to the nation sponsoring the stock. To contact Krezenel, please send them a telegram with the following information:
Name of Requesting Nation: This is the name of the nation you are using to telegram Krezenel. For the following line, please provide the name of the nation providing the stock. This does not have to be the same nation that you are sending the request with.
Name of Nation Sponsoring Stock: Please provide a full name, including classification, whether custom or not (i.e The Imperial Order of Krezenel)
Initial Price of Stock: (This is a complex process. Please read "Calculating Initial Stock Price" later in the instructions.
Please note that formatting does not have to remain the same, and you are asked to remove any text following the subjects (words in bold and replace them with your answers.
2. Once this information has been submitted to Krezenel, please wait for the weekly market cooldown for this information to be processed. As this is the time when Krezenel will be updating the market, your stock will be added during that time. Please be patient while you wait.
3. Now that your information has been processed and checked, you have now officially opened the market to purchasing your stock. When customers invest in your stock, please keep note of how many shares they have purchased. There is no current limit to how many shares can be owned by an individual, or how many shares a "provider" can sell.
4. You can request your provisions be shut down at any time. However, there is a potential for delay, depending on whether Krezenel is online at the time. If your stock is shut down, it will turn red on the market board. While it is active, it is green. Any shares of a shut down stock held by shareholders will be temporarily nulled, until the stock is back online. It will retain the value it last held while on market.
To find your starting stock price, use the following calculation:
(Average Income / GDP per Capita) x Monetary Exchange Rate = Begining Share Price
Use your official NS stats for this calculation. Round to the nearest hundredth.
To find GDP per Capita and your Monetary Exchange Rate, use 
this website. Click "Nation," and type in your nations name.
To enter the market of a certain stock and purchase it, follow these steps:

1. Contact the Stock Provider via telegram with the following information.
Name of Investing Nation: Your nation's name, from which you are sending this telegram
Name of Shared Nation: This will be the name of the nation you are purchasing stocks from. Please keep in mind this is the name of the nation on the left side of the market listing, and not the stock provider on the right side. You are already talking to the stock provider.
Number of Shares Purchasing: The number of stock shares you are purchasing from the Shared Nation
Total Payment (USD): Please use the standard price in the market. USD may soon be replaced with an official Macula Offeret currency.

2. The share provider will reply thanking you for purchasing their stock(s)
3. The stock provider will keep track of how many shares each investor has purchased (individually). At the end of the week (when the market closes), they will contact the Market Master (Krezenel) and the market will update. The cycle will reset and you can start at step 1 again.
