[Article I]
The purpose of this Ordinance is to obligate the United States of America to sign and approve the passage of the newest amendment to the Treaty of Eternal Tranquility as the amendment has already received support from every other delegate involved.
[Article II]
This Ordinance will be enforced by all means that international law will permit. Economic, Military, and Diplomatic reprimands will be administered by the Diplomatic Council as a whole, the Provincial Union will be determinant in what punishments will occur, the only say of the Diplomatic Council will be if in opposition to the punishment or reprimand.
Clause A
It is of no intent of this Ordinance to obligate the United States to remain allied to the Provincial Union, but to demand that the United States sign the proposed amendment to the Treaty of Eternal Tranquility.
