• What Is the Legal Affairs Ministry Badge Program?: The Legal Affairs Ministry's Badge Program is a way for the Thaecian Government to reward Honourable Attorneys of the Bar Association who represent the Ministry in Court. The Legal Affairs Ministry awards Badges based on different factors, participating alone awards attorneys the Participant Badge, but winning a Criminal Case will award you a different type of Badge than winning a Civil Case would. The Badge Program takes into account all cases from July 2022 onwards. The Ministry deems an individual to have "won" a case if the Court's opinion is, for the most part, in agreement to the argument presented by the Honourable Attorney.
