The International Humanitarian Organisation (IHO; see Illuverendian names above) is a worldwide, international humanitarian aid organisation. During periods of non-conflict, the IHO coordinates and directs international assistance, following man-made or natural disasters. The IHO also functions during wartime conflicts, and are therefore non-combatants. Members of the International Humanitarian Organisation are comprised of national humanitarian societies or organisations that meet the conditions in official recognition of the IHO.

National humanitarian societies or organisations, in order to be recognised or to be part of the International Humanitarian Organisation, are required to abide and ratify the International Humanitarian Organisation's Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is as follows:
