Some world leaders will head to the Scotland international Climate Change meeting including president Joe Biden. The idea is to mainly to have government officials talk about the climate change and then have other government officials bring in crucial details to share idea to more powerful world leaders. “For heads of state, it is actually a much better use of their strategic thinking,” Figueres says.
