Upon the foundation of Enadia on the 4th of July 2017, NationStates selected Latrovia the Founder of Enadia, as the official WA Delegate of the region. His reign in the field of the World Assembly was short as he focused and worked predominantly upon the creation of the first Enadian government, appointing the United Republic Empire (URE) as Enadia's official World Assembly Delegate.

United Republic Empire, was appointed by Latrovia to serve as the official designated World Assembly Delegate. To this day United Republic Empire is the longest-serving World Assembly Delegate to have held this post. His work focused predominantly upon Foreign Affairs, strengthening Enadia's ties with foreign regions. He held the office to the highest degree making the region's presence known and strong in the World Assembly. He also worked and enforced harder security processes in the region, restoring vital parts of the Enadian heritage that were lost during two cybernetic attacks in the region's Discord server. His work and devotion to the region made him one of the most popular figures in the world of Enadia. In his honor the embassy block of the region where all foreign embassies are built-in Enadia is named after United Republic Empire's capital city.

With Enadia becoming the Democratic Republic it was meant to be, the important seat of the World Assembly Delegate became an elected spot, to this day. The Federal Government of Iowa, became the First Speaker of the Enadian Parliament, hosting debates and moderating discussions. His work focused predominantly on revitalizing Enadian activity and bringing the world of the Enadian Regional Message Board and Enadian Discord in sync. His flexibility to act as a Speaker and as an important member of the Enadian political sphere, allowed him to make his name known and marked on the history of the region.

God-King Rorschach was born as a necessity of separating Rorschach's image from his main and founding nation of Enadia, Latrovia. Rorschach never wanted to be treated differently because he was the Founder of Enadia. Therefore Rorschach emerged, allowing his Founder account to become a ceremonial position. Rorschach was a member of the first enadian political party, The Reformists, as a member of this party, Rorschach gained the favoritism of his comrades sealing the seat of the Speaker, establishing himself as Head of the Enadian Parliament and hence World Assembly Delegate. He ruled upon the Parliament with an Iron Fist, controlling and moderating heavily every Member of the Parliament. His work focused predominantly on the creation of the Digital Enadian Parliament, posting the recordings of every plenary session on YouTube, and on the creation of the Enadian World Assembly advancement program allowing Member Nations of Enadia to discuss, debate, and vote upon WA and SC resolutions. He also developed the Enadian public library, posting laws and resolutions and updating frequently the legal body of the region, modernizing hence the institutional democratic structures of the region.
