Decrees on the Creation of a National University
Nolen, by the Doundalian constitution, First Consul of Doundaly.
With the needs of education of the populace, the people require a national University. We decree as follows:
Article I
A national University under the name of the Académie Supérieure Nationale is created.
Article II
The campus shall be situated in the national capital.
Article III
The Ministry of Education is responsible for the execution of this decree and of managing the national University.

In the name of the Central Committee and of the Doundalian proletariat, it is decreed as follows:
Article One
The university that is the so-called Académie Supérieure Nationale is renamed as the National University of Doundaly.
Article Two
It shall be specified that the main campus of the university shall be situated in Pratka, the national capital of the Second Socialist Republic of Doundaly.
Article Three
The National University of Doundaly should never accept less than ten thousand (10000) students per term.
Article Four
The Minister of Education is responsible for the publication and execution of this decree.
