The Sibylline Confederacy is an pact of ideoligically and vissionarily aligned nations, coming hand-in-hand together around the ideas of The Absolute State's authority and santicity, in hopes of creating a world united in Total peace, order, and security. Founded on the eve of the end of the Gothilum-Flandonipian War, the Imperial Realm stood victorious over foreign dogs and reaffirmed its position as a standing Hegemon in its region. Reinvigorated, Empress Anastasia's vision for a world united in totality expanded to encorporate a brotherly union of like-minded states in hopes of bringing upon this future. Founded on the principles of the Authoritarian State's divine right to rule over their lands, the Sibylline Confederacy sports an array of states from across the Greater Kascadiyk Region although isn't limitted to it, and houses over a billion people spread throughout its many domains. Those that seek to join the Sibylline Confederacy must atleast have an embassy within the Imperial Realm's U.E.Z. and have a written petition to join the alliance; concurrently, the Confederacy is comprised up of by 7 Formal States; Gothgraff and Lilium as its head and the Territory of Realminfraregnum, and Utociste-Zeme, Borunkognausea, (Thelenassy and Hignausea), Inukuungmittut, Flandonips, and Illusia and Neverendia as normal memberstates.

With the lessening of Stigma surrounding becoming a compatriot of Gothgraff and Lilium, Anastasia saw fit to announce the Imperial Realm's greatest stratagem. Gravitating towards the Imperial Realm as its Alliance Head, the memberstates of the Sibylline Confederacy aren't constricted by any alliance bounds and are free to create accords and agreements; although must remain weary to not dampen Sibylline influence and control as the bright idealist future of the Confederacy must stand firm. In times of grandoise war, all fronts must be tended too by their respective nearby sovereigns with states having a decent amount of independence in foreign policy and total autonomy in their domestic affairs. The longevity of Authoritarianism and Autocracy that reigns under the Sibylline Flag is of utmost importance to maintaining of strength and must be protected; especially standing against a bulwark of foreign threats that spout radical and liberal rhetoric and seek to undermine the Absolute State's authority.
