Novus Lucidum Positions

Founder/Administrator: Just supervises the regions everyday functions with all officers which works to engage the community. Administrator steps in when any officer is not present.

Vice Administrator: Assists the Admin/Founder in daily activities.

President: They are commander-in-chief and can veto legislation in the Novus Lucidum Assembly. They are tasked with governing the region with order. They are tasked to initiate proposals to the regional assembly.

Vice President: They serve as house speaker to carry out proposals by the President and from Assembly Members. They are also tasked with governing roles especially if the President is not present. If Vice President is not president seniority will go to next most active member to fill in.

Secretary of Regional Security: Secretary of Regional Security is the official security officer of the region that upholds rules of the region's constitution. They can eject an eject anyone who breaks the rules with evidence is sufficient. In certain cases the founder along with President and Vice President can override. Administrator has last say on banjections. The President has the final say on bans and ejections.

Secretary of Foreign Affairs: Tasked do business with all nations in our region and in regions abroad in with whom we have embassies with. They work tirelessly working out agreements in a IC manner to enhance our roleplay experience within our region and beyond.

Secretary of Regional Management: The most important position in the region to keep things stable in the region and abroad with allies abroad we have embassies with. They are in charge of region related polls, recruitment for our region and our diplomats for our secretary of Foreign Affairs to help keep in touch with allies abroad and helps maintain internal civility in our region. They not permitted to broker peace deals or any kind of deals with our allies or enemies unless called upon to assist.

Attorney General: They are the head of Judicial Affairs in the region which they evaluate all things related to our regional laws. Duties include appointing judges for trials, lawyers, and plays important role in bans and ejections giving opinions to the admin and president. They do have the power to appoint special counsel in investigations.

High Justice: Presiding judge in all trials and delivers verdicts. They are also tasked in selecting between 3 to 5 jury members or higher depending on size of the region at the current time. Under the system for high justice selection is a system rotation based on your nation's population and will be a ruling judge in cases to be heard. Any conflict of interest due to a nation or if any judge wishes to pass on to the next nation in line to be judge are the only exceptions why a particular nation would not be a judge at the particular time in the rotation when a case comes up when its their turn.
