The Minimum Standard of Living Act is a necessary step in ensuring the right of all sapients to dignity, self-sustenance, and independence. While it does not extend itself to the fullest parameters that the Ministry would like (especially the implied potential privatisation of the entailed guarantees as per clause (3), which could be concerning), the proposal nevertheless indicates a positive step in the improvement of the conditions of sapient beings worldwide.

Nevertheless, the Ministry welcomes these developments, and hopes that, should this proposal pass, the World Assembly will continue to produce resolutions of a similar calibre.

As such, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs has directed Kethania to vote FOR "Minimum Standard of Living Act", and urges the Bloc's World Assembly nations to do the same.
