by The Taker of Regions of Region Keepers of Verchy. . 1 reads.

Special occupation, what it means.

So, you've seen a region which you had a while ago, after coming back to the site, was refounded by an oddly named nation and has an embassy with Verchy Keeper Network.
What does the oddly named nation mean?
It means that the region is under Verchy special occupation.

Special occupation is used for regions which Keepermaster Grishahakkaverchynot believes that just because someone had it back less than 8 years ago, they aren't immediately worthy of having the region back.

Who can get a special occupation region back?
If there are nations or criteria listed in the WFE, those nations, and only those nations, can use the request lines to obtain the region again. All other nations requesting will be immediately denied.
Special occupation release grants DO NOT override the blacklist.

How can I get the regions?
If you are mentioned or meet criteria mentioned on the WFE of that region, use the request lines like it's a normal occupation region.

How do I distinguish special and normal occupations?
Does the governor nation's name start with "Verchy Keeper"?
If yes, it's a normal occupation.

Can a region be removed from a special occupation?
Yes, due to the successor system. (which is how I return them to you in the first place) Territories can be removed from special occupation and added to it.
