The Writing of a Constitution

Two years ago now the Oppressed Peoples of Statecontrol became an independent country after a short but tough War of Independence led by Our Great Leader, Whose Name Shall Not Be Spoken. Soon afterwards, Statecontrol became a prosperous, Leader-oriented Nation, in order to assure its independence. The populace, however, began to see Our Great Leader's rule as despotic and cruel, so democratic reforms were enacted after our territorial integrity was deemed safe. He had to do a lot of hard work, but Our Great Leader managed to democratise Our Beloved Nation.

This bulletin, however, is not to congratulate ourselves on the long way We, as a Nation, have traveled. This, we already did a year ago. The purpose of this bulletin is to inform the populace of the writing of Our Own Constitution. Ever since Statecontrol began to democratise itself, Our Great Leader has become wearier of the National need for a Constitution which would enshrine the fundamental human, political and economic rights of Statecontrolians, and to prevent any erosion of said values by those who will succeed Our Great Leader. The Constitution of the Oppressed Peoples of Statecontrol will be written between October and November, 2023, and a referendum will be held in late December in which the Nation will decide whether said constitution is accepted or not.
