XKI Cultural Events Halloween 2023
Greetings Islanders, to celebrate everyone's favorite spooky holiday, the Ministry of Culture will be putting on some cultural events! Be sure to join the Ministry of Culture as a Cultural Officer if helping run events is something you'd be interested in!
Spooky Riddles:
I have three riddles for you:
"Each morning I appear to lie at your feet. All day I will follow no matter how fast you run, yet I nearly perish in the midday sun. What am I?"
"I have a body, arms, legs, and a head, but I’m heartless and have no guts. What am I?"
"Look in my face, I am somebody. Look in my back, I am nobody. What am I?"
Send the correct answer via telegram to 
Wille-Harlia and get a chance to win an epic card and 10000 Tacos (our currency) on our forum (per correct answer)! You have time to do so until Wednesday. Please be fair and do NOT post the solution on the RMB or anywhere public.
Scary Story Sharing:
For this event, you should write your own scary story, post it either on the RMB or in a dispatch, and tag Wille-Harlia in it. Submissions will close on Friday, and after that, we will hold a poll open to all Islanders to choose the best one! A reminder that all submissions should be PG-13 and abide by NS rules. Submissions that violate this rule will not be considered. Credit goes to Zetronis for this idea!
Halloween Scavenger Hunt:
On our 
forum, Chief Executive 
Markanite will run a Halloween scavenger hunt. Pumpkins will appear on forum pages, and you click them to collect them. At the end of the scavenger hunt, the winner will receive a large amount of Tacos! So, go register and explore our forum! More details will be forthcoming.
Z-Day:
Starting in eight hours, the Z-Day event will begin on NationStates, and the horde of zombies will be unleashed onto the NS world for a time. Join us on our Discord to participate in our efforts to curb and cure the horde, or join 10000 Zombies if you would like to embrace the horde!
Costume Party:
To celebrate Halloween, we are throwing a costume party! Just change your nation's flag to something spooky and join the fun!
