Declaration of War with Kingsland

On Febuary 18 2014, the Dictatorial Federation of Lingang declares war on it's colony the Commonwealth of New Kingslands. In order to quell the current rebellions taking place in the country, war must be made to incorporate the territory back into the control of the Government. The D.F.L will make a draft, requiring all men above age 18 to join the military and fight the United Kingsland Forces.
