I, The King of Starland, The Holy Empire of Waldorff, am writing to all Citizens to speak about The Concordat between the Kingdom of Starland and Virtual Roman Catholic Church.

Today is a day of great joy, because from this moment a friendship is established between Virtual Roman Catholic Church
and our Kingdoms and Territories, which is reflected in this document and specified through the following articles:

1- Virtual Roman Catholic Church will have the right to establish embassies with all our Kingdoms and Territories.

2- The VRCC Archbishop of CrimsonScribbles, in his capacity as Representative of Virtual Roman Catholic Church , will be immune to any legislation of the Kingdoms and Territories and only I will be above him in the Kingdoms and Territories.

3- The VRCC Archbishop of CrimsonScribbles is declared a personal friend of the King in the name of the friendship between the two.

4- The VRCC Archbishop of CrimsonScribbles will have the unrestricted right to live in the Kingdoms and Territories without any other limit than his will.
