Official Rules and Regulations of the New Gran Republic

So, you just joined, are wanting to join or have already joined here are some helpful rules, regulations and tips for the TGR (The New Gran Republic).
1. No spamming.
Spamming, in our definition, is ether posting a bunch of the same thing or stuff in a short amount of time. Like making 4 posts in a minute. It's alright if your talking to other people, but just don't do it to annoy people.

Or ether Another definition of spam is by making very short, useless posts. Like single letters. Don't post stuff like 'e' or nothing at all. It won't help the rmb (Regional Message Board). At least make your post one word or an abbreviation.

2: Be kind
Don't be rude for no reason. Always treat other people with respect and kindness in debates and/or conversations (EVEN IF UR MAD). Don't go at people insulting them because they think Burger King is better then Mc Donalds or whatever the case. If someone is being a jerk to you, don't employ and reply, just simply ignore them and tell a RO (Regional officer) who will come and sort it out. Also don't please don't try to gain a reaction out of someone. Don't try to make them react a way by baiting them and going to us and saying '(nation)' insulted me!!! Ban them!!!' Both are against our rules and in some cases NS (Nation States) rules.

3: No spam messaging
Don't keep telegramming the ROs or anyone for that matter. Just b/c they are being nonresponsive or have logged off.

4: No hating on LGBTQ+ or any other groups I mean seriously it's not okay
This depends on what. If you want to complain and insult communism or capitalism, or any political group then do it, just make sure it's in NS rules. But don't hate on LGBTQ+ or other groups that haven't done anything. Saying that you can't become trans or that gay people are weird and awful, will gain an instant ban without second chances. They exist, and deserve to, deal with it. Same with people with disabilities, or are from a different country than you or anything else that you shouldn't be denying or hating on.

5: Consuls and other roles
Elections happen every 2 months on the first day of the month and are 3 days long, 3 days before the election you can participate in a poll asking whether or not you want to run for consul. Anyone can participate, but make sure you'll dedicate at it, and pay attention to TGR (The Gran Republic), don't two days later stop paying attention to TGR and forever afterwards. If you do end up as consul, you can rerun for infinite terms. Also don't use puppet nations (a nation you have control over other than your main nation) to gain or give more votes. Doing that will get you a ban from running for consul for the next half year and may get you kicked out. Also please make some ROs. Of course, we expect you to be somewhat active, but when you can't, or just ain't on, have some ROs who can deal with the RMB and other stuff during it. The more, the better TGR will be. Also, in addition people running for consul will get temporary communication officer statis to tell the people why they should vote for you.

6: Puppet Nations
It is okay to have a puppet nation as long as you report it and do not use it for voting or other important polls, this rule is relitively simple but can have a huge effect if you are found in violation of it. You also must report your puppets via telegram from your main nation to Grand Milonia so they may be accounted for and added to this list:
-Grand milonia gauni city ruled by Grand Milonia
-@Neo Imperial America
@Cojembia
@Golden Dragon Cooperative Sphere
@Holy Britian
@Bonaparte France
@SCOMEZ
@NIAs Banished Ghost
@-Zerax-
@Black Sun of Japan all ruled by @Polska wolska

7: Reporting
You may send a TG (telegram) to a RO you trust or the consul if you suspect someone is breaking or have broking the rules. The ROs will deal with it as quickly as they can. Even if you aren't sure still send the TG, you won't get punished if you're trying to keep TGR safe, and it might end up the reported person is breaking the rules. Some other stuff you should report are.
-possible raiders
-invaders (the only people banned at the moment is Delegate1, Espearia and Gusea.)
-spammers
-corrupt officials or consul
-embassies you think we shouldn't have
-and any other stuff you think should be reported.

8: The consul and their ROs have the last say
The consul is above everyone in TGR, and their ROs are just below them. They get the last say no matter what. If you get done for rule breaking, or the person you reported is found to not have broking any rules, don't throw a fit saying we're corrupt or wrong. Like said before, if you think a RO is corrupt or you think it was the wrong chose, you may ask another RO or consul to check it. If you think a consul is corrupt or just bad, ask all the ROs and we'll decide if they should go or not. Remember, their choice is the last. Respect their choices.
