On the minor update of October 2, 2025, Revenant Visoraxus finished his infiltration of Blood empire by ejecting its natives and refounding the region.

The region's founder gave anyone who joined RO positions, which was obviously a bad idea and led to a raid. To any founders reading this: don't do that.
