The Alliance of Centred Nations (AoCN) is a community of regions and nations alike dedicated to the preservation of our collective governance as free, democratic and liberated states. The pursuit of independent governance and freedom from the clasp of outside hostilities and destructive ideologies has drawn us together in the formation of our union in order to serve as a beacon of solidarity and collective might. The Alliance serves not as a full integration of our political states but rather as a communal representation of our combined ideologies and cultures, aggregated into a collective union dedicated to preserving our rights and liberties as independent but joint states. As per our collective union, the Alliance of Centred Nations serves to:

• Represent each of our collective regions fairly and faithfully in pursuit of our democratic values,

• Provide the means for each participating region to pursue their ideologies and goals,

• Protect and serve each member state of the collective union in each other's interests and

• Ensure the collective prosperity and future of our union with our representative regions.
  

The Alliance of Centred Nations (AoCN) reserve the right to execute a selection of actions, powers and decisions within the Alliance as per defined in the articles of this section.

The Alliance of Centred Nations (AoCN) defines its powers within each of the representative member regions of the collective union in the following articles of Section III. The AoCN shall henceforth separate the powers of the region into specialised branches of government to further integration.

The Constitutional Delegation is a delegation of multiple autonomous representatives from select member regions of the Alliance dedicated to the formation and ratification of the constitution of the AoCN. The delegation may be temporary or permanent, with its powers within the Alliance being defined therein.

In pursuit of justice and democracy, the Alliance of Centred Nations (AoCN), the Alliance Judiciary is formed to serve as a delegation separate from the government which is meant to interpret the laws of the collective community and place accountable its respective regions in following its procedures.

The Constitution of the Alliance of Civilised Nations (AoCN) shall not be altered, changed or amended without following the procedures outlined within this section. The section defines the limitations and powers of amendments to the constitution along with the procedures involved.
