One part World Assembly infrastructure and one part cultural love letter, this proposal establishes a new post-reset headquarters for the WA. It puts its own spin on a concept dating back to the early days of the legacy GA, designating the World Assembly Strangers' Bar and adjoining World Assembly Ballroom as this new meeting place along with rules for the site's upkeep and use.[/size]

Packed full of historical call-backs, references to more recent work, and good-natured humor throughout, this fresh take on a storied idea is both delightful to read and thoughtfully written. Though whimsy may not be a common sight in the GA, if any resolution is to embrace it, it would be one on the body's new headquarters. Such a resolution may not be designed to be built on, but it is sure to be foundational nonetheless.[/size]
