Executive Summary: This proposal establishes a World Assembly Headquarters based on existing infrastructures already used by World Assembly Ambassadors.

Opinion: Okay, so like, two members of the WA Secretariat co-wrote this proposal, so you just like KNOW it's going to do numbers. And, like it is. Reviewing the proposal, I have no real area to complain. I mean, I can. Like, did you see last night's episode of Maglev's of Love. The proposal? I mean, talk about drama, but at what cost? It totally ruined the plot they were creating with Maglev Maddie. Sorry, off topic. This proposal establishes a World Assembly HQ, it creates some creative mechanisms to help pay for the maintenance thereof, it creates a special reserved table for me and my fellow WA Sec members...where they're totes going to be sick of me, and they also do something important: It acknowledges the rich history of the World Assembly and the many folks who have come before us. I appreciate this proposal and absolutely encourage folks to vote FOR.
