The theme for the Fifth Empirevision Halloween Special 2026 is "Spooky and Scary!"

The contest is built on the foundation of fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency. Whether through Gregorian Gabber polka, a Skweee ballad, or (scariest of all) a British grime diss track, all performances must embody the essence of:

🍫 The Thrill of the Hunt 🍫
🧟 The Bloodcurdling Horror that the Fifth Empire does to the collective psyche of left wing NationStates 🧟

Song titles, lyrics, and performances should reflect at least one of these elements. Variations of the phrase “Happy Halloween” are encouraged but not mandatory.
