The High Command is the senior most body with the most trusted advisors to the Founding Chairman who chairs it. It oversees the Executive Committee and checks it when necessary. Additionally, it charges itself with overseeing matters of foreign affairs and recruitment.

The Executive Committee is the body entrusted with running the region as a whole. The Committee oversees the moderation of the region and her Discord as well as the cultural affairs of the region. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman when the Chairman is indisposed serves as the Committee's chairperson with an Administrator serving as top assistant(s) and highest ranking member of the committee and reports directly to the High Command, whilst the rest of the committee directly reports to Chair, Vice-Chair, and Admin. Each member of the committee typically has one or more assignments to cultural projects.
