The Greater Councils shall govern the region. There are a total of 4 councils.

The United High Council

All members of the 4 councils are members of the United High Council.

1.The High Council

Authority: Political. Members can be voted off the council if all other members are unanimous, can choose to resign, and new members can be elected if all members of the council are in unanimous decision. Additionally, if the Court of Justice investigates for corruption and all members of the Court agree that a member should be removed from the High Council, that member will be forcibly removed.

2.The Records Council

Authority: Role-play, Recording History, Archiving, Cartographing.

The following are members with seats:

The following are members without seats:

Records Council: Consultancy

In order to prevent any foul play that may arise during Role-Play, the following nations will form the Consultancy. They will be rotary.

The Consultancy must be informed about any RP decisions. If all the Consultancy is in unanimous decision, they can overrule the authority of the Marquis Provost.

3.The War Council

Authority: War, defending, liberating, leading the Unified Grand Armed Forces of the Cyberius

Military tech

In the event of a liberation, the kekinator can be fired, which will spam the target region with puppets.

4.Council of Order

The Council of Order is tasked with creating and enforcing laws. It has 2 main branches.

The Court of Justice, if in unanimous decision, can remove members of the United High Council using their collective veto authority. This authority equals existing veto authorities. However, they can be overruled if 80% of the United High Council vote otherwise.

Status of Greater Council memberships:

Permanent members can stay in power for a long time, at least until they step down or they are removed from power.

Rotary members will rotate and alternate between positions of authority.

Temporary members are members who will leave the council after their term has expired.

Honorary members can influence the council but cannot vote as part of it.

WA Delegacy:

The incumbent WA Delegate is automatically a member of the High Council, unless it is a raider.
