Building the Wisperor

For nights and days my fellow scientists and I worked on constructing a "Wisperor". A remarkable assistant that would act as an assistant, a pet anything you wanted. The Psi science branch had presented the programming, the first-class Alpha branch discovered the 'floating metal' technique,the Epsilon Branch made their biggest advancement in 'emolite' and it was up to us Gamma branch to combine all these including finding a suitable voice.
[size] people were counting on us. Being the Branch Head it was up to me to find the solution. Finally it was up or so the Simulator said. We decided to give the equipment time to cool. The three of us who witnessed the simulator result decided not to tell the men to keep the secret in. As I locked up the lab door, I heard a slight "Hello World" Was that it or my imagination? Would the Wisperor rule? I knew enough for now or maybe forever.
