Dear Esteemed Representatives,

On behalf of his Majesty the King of Betmet, it is our honour to extend to you this formal notification regarding an upcoming regional summit to be convened in the esteemed capital city of Port des Roses.

The focus of this summit shall encompass discussions pertaining to the prevailing economic landscape and the imperative of regional cooperation. Additionally, deliberations shall be undertaken regarding the armed conflicts and tensions that have regrettably arisen in recent times.

We take this opportunity to extend an open invitation to all esteemed members who are in receipt of this communication to converge at the Southern Keylem International Airport (SKIA). Upon arrival, you will be graciously guided on a brief excursion through the scenic environs of Keylem, culminating at the symbolic Bridge of the Revolution, whence you will be escorted to the venue of the summit in the capital city of Port des Roses.

The summit proceedings are scheduled to be held at the International Co-Operation Centre of Port des Roses (ICOCPdR) commencing on the third of April. Your punctual attendance is kindly requested. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to engage in constructive dialogue and collaborative efforts towards the advancement of mutual interests and regional stability.
