1. This when passed defines;
1.1. "deep fakes" as the product from a "deep fake program".
1.2. "deep fake programs" as programs that modify any time dependent media, such as audio/video files, more specifically to modify what a person says in an audio/video file.

2. This when passed prohibits;
2.1. The use of deep fake programs to create deep fakes of any person with the intent to bring mental, physical, legal, or financial harm to any person.
2.2. The use of deep fakes as court case evidence.

3. This when passed mandates that;
3.1. All types of media using deep fakes to be clearly descript of who the deep fake program was used on.
3.2. Any violator of this act has to face up to 15 years in prison and or a one hundred and fifty thousand shard fine, juvenile or not.

4. This when passed enacts in 15 days.
