Well... Your “military” is nothing but a facade and a false report to inflate your army 10x larger in order to intimidate others. Or, maybe your military is that big but it’s only that because due to a lack of military spending you fail to fully supply all soldiers and that your military is too bloated for your industry to regularly keep it up floating with all the massive costs of trying to supply it every time you have a conflict. You can reduce it by removing a digit and you would have an ability to become so, so much better. Your army would become a professional one.
