That was uncalled for. We were having a mutually consensual conversation.

They just killed another one. Dragontalehas been murdered by the game's staff.

He'd gone to the trouble of getting permission from every region to which he would be posting. And he wasn't piling the posts up either, which had gotten the other players in trouble.

"Hello everyone, sorry for my extended absence.

Pollution is a major disturbance and great annoyance in our world as it is the leading (and probably one of the only) leading causes of climate change although some would argue that the Earth is experiencing something natural as the Ice Age is ending, but this is speeding up that process significantly and therefore putting our lives in danger. . As we all know, Africa sadly isn't as developed and on par with HDI as other countries in Europe and North (not central) America which can be a good thing and a bad thing.

Because Africa isn't as developed yet and energy and electricity isn't readily available throughout the continent. Poor infrastructure, but also at the same time, not enough infrastructure and here's why: things can change.
If the first world countries all chip in along with the UN and other charities, then Africa can be like paradise, especially now when the world is changing and evolving around environmentalism, thus the energy and electricity can be easily produced by renewable resources and clean energy instead of dirty fossil fuels as it would be VERY cheap and easy to convert and establish it in Africa. It is easier and cheaper to build new things in Africa than anywhere else on the planet and so, building proper and clean infrastructure that will help the environment and be sustainable would be easy, especially in non-developed cities and towns.

We can stop Africa into turning like developed country carbon consuming super-bots and instead work with them to ensure that their nations are strong and sustainable, all while doing it for cheap due to the labour costs there being cheap. If we put aside our differences and actually help other people and nations out, then it would go a long way as we humans, especially in the developed nations are too greedy for money. I am not speaking about everyone, but I would say some of us are without any doubt and at the end of the day, there can be the Indian race, the Chinese race, the Russian race and the German race, but everyone will always remain as and be connected with one big race: The Human Race."

In the next few years, you'll look back at the past decade as 'the good old days'.

But then being rounded up and put into concentration camps and scheduled for extermination tends to make a lot of people long for days gone by.

Never under any circumstance. The last year I really enjoyed living in was 2007. And in the 2010s, we Emo people were hated like never before, so much that people were stupid enough to use 'emo' as an insult.

Greenwaters wrote:Hello everyone,

I would like to start off wishing everyone a Happy New Year! May your year go well and with good health.
Now, what is 1 thing a lot of people like to do on New Year's Day? FIREWORKS!!

Fireworks are great to look at and all, but there is an environmental price to pay. Firework smoke is rich in tiny metal particles. These metals make firework colours, in much the same way as Victorian scientists identified chemicals by burning them in a Bunsen flame; blue from copper, red from strontium or lithium, and bright green or white from barium compounds (yes this is chemistry).
There is more smoke from potassium and aluminium compounds, which are used to propel fireworks into the air. Perchlorates are also used as firework propellants; these are a family of very reactive chlorine and oxygen compounds, which were also used by NASA to boost space shuttles off the launch pad (and yes this is also chemistry).

Fireworks can lead to substantial air pollution problems. There are well documented examples from cites around the world. In Spain, metal particle pollution from Girona’s Sant Joan fireworks fiesta can linger in the city for days. Across India’s cities, the annual Diwali fireworks cause pollution that is far worse than Beijing on a bad day.
And of course, what goes up has to come down. Fireworks that fall to the ground contain residues of unburnt propellants and colourants, while particle pollution in the air eventually deposits on the ground or gets washed out by rain. Some of this finds its way into lakes and rivers , where percolate has been linked to thyroid problems, causing limits to be set for drinking water in some places around the world. This is a major concern for lakeside resorts and attractions that have frequent firework displays.

Fireworks also cause great disturbances within the birds and animals. Birds are sometimes hit with fireworks and animals dislike the sound and are scared. At home, I am sure that some of you have dogs, right? They are usually scared whenever lightning, thunder and fireworks happen I am assuming. So, you all can see first hand that it really causes mayhem to happen within the animal population.

Now, don't worry, there are some things you can do to help the planet while still having fun at the same time! Phew, thank god.
This time around, if you do fireworks, then just do them a bit less and away from water areas. Try and buy fireworks that don't cause as much pollution or are certified as eco-friendly. Of course then there is that option of just not doing them at all (but it isn't that fun). These easy little steps can help shape this new decade of 2020 into a one that will mark history as Earth's cleanup decade.

Happy New Years!! Let's make this next decade based around something we all love...our planet Mother Earth.

RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 has fireworks in it that are more perfect in form than a lot of real life fireworks, which means that computer simulations of fireworks are available.

The technology of laser light shows has improved dramatically over the past few decades. Perhaps that's an alternative to the chemical explosions we've all grown so accustomed to.
