There's an app but I don't think it does notifications.

Fun fact about my nation: We're called Luxenermy, despite the fact Luxembourg and Germany both don't have an n in them.

I like to believe the EN was just a compromise between the nations to make the words fit better. Luxemermy just doesn't have the same ring to it.
