It means to spread corruption.

Yeah it’s not Europa Univeralis iv where you can max out corruption in your rivals if you try hard enough. Also perhaps we should calm down a bit on all this. It kind of feels a bit silly from my point of view.

I understand you have a goal/aspiration, but other people don't telepathically know what your goals are unless you tell them - which you now have - but even if you do, they're not obligated to help you achieve them. If you have an issue with someone, you bring it to me and I'll see if I can help work things out, but as far as I can tell for the moment, you've been unnecessarily abrasive when Epiree had no reason to know that there was a problem.
I'm not imposing any penalties as yet, but if you keep up the hostile attitude, I'll see about 'muting' (read: suppressing all posts because I can't technically impose a mute) your RMB posts for a day. This is supposed to be a friendly, welcoming place, not one where you take out your aggression or anger on other people.

Tl;dr: lay off Epiree for something they didn't even know was a problem, and stop making threats in general.
