Perhaps you would sound more intelligent, like you claim, if you spoke in complete sentences.
People will also think you are more serious about your campaign if you prepare a proper manifesto.

new and improved
Hello Everyone!
Hello, welcome to the Confederacy of Layem. I am Hydrolys, a candidate for the Justice council. I'm not gonna bug you about voting for me, just make yourself at home.
can 2 people endorse me i want to submit an proposal
I endorsed you Shrek, can you kindly endorse me as well?
sure
I am currently the Catagropher (I manage the Roleplay map) and an Admin of the Roleplay Server. Since the implementation of the Level system on the Server (Based on amount of messages posted if I understand it correctly) I am the highest level on the server, I mention this to demonstrate my activity on the server. For more information about my past involvement in Roleplay, please check out the COL Roleplay server, under the channel #News, or my Factbooks under SafeKeeping, there you can see my past regional Database nation, containing factbooks on previous Roleplay leadership, and the Forums for my previous Roleplay, as it was before discord was popular. There you can see the rules I've previously established, the additions made per nation request, and more.
That ^
I as well.
I have updated my manifesto.
Deruuu: An Accidental Blitzkrieg
It has become increasingly evident that the seat of WA Delegate and Regional Leader Layem is being rivaled by that of Deruuu. Deruuu now has over 60 endorsements, only about 25 less than that of Layem. How to address this issue? My plan, as Councilor of Justice, is to eject anyone who endorses Deruuu if they remain inactive for more than two weeks. I will not be ejecting Deruuu himself, for fear of an uprising. I will watch closely among the new nations and remain on top of my job. I might also consider an endorsement cap, where endorsements are limited to those who aren't the WA delegate. This cap will be around fifteen less than that of the Delegate, so people's right to endorse who they want is preserved. Of course, I will take into account the input of others with this issue. I will update as I deem necessary.
NEW POLICY: The Five-Step Program to Approving a Law
The Councilor of Justice has the power to determine the legality of a law. This is the steps in which I will tackle laws:
Check for any grammar, spelling, or other writing mistakes
Make sure that the law doesn't impede the freedom of Layem's citizens
Make sure that the law doesn't impair contractual obligations
Make sure that the law doesn't impede the secrecy and sanctity of the ballot
Check for any other violations of the Articles of Confederation or other laws
Deputy Councilors
I propose that each Councilor has a deputy counterpart, and they work together to fulfill the duties of the councilor's position. Councilors will appoint their own deputies and supply them with work to do. In the case of justice, the deputy will first read over the law and check it with the Councilor.
Redeeming Qualities
My best qualities are that I cannot be swayed easily, it requires a compelling argument with little flaws to make me trust you. On the note of trust, I don't trust easily. I wait to hear both sides of the story before I speak, at all. I have used NS and been in a government position before, so I know what it's like to serve in elected office. I gather the evidence before I make my decision. If what a defendant or prosecutor says something that doesn't align with a reliable source, I probably won't believe them. For example, if someone says something happened on Discord, I will check and see if that's true. I don't mean backing up their arguments "with millions of facts" like Hydrolys seems to think. Sob stories don't sway me in the slightest. I stand up for what's right and won't put up with petty bickering or excuses. Finally, as I have only been here but a few days, I don't know everyone very well. Nobody is my enemy or friend here, therefore, I won't vote in favor of a friend or enemy.
Why Not Vote For Someone Else?
Why shouldn't you vote for Hydrolys? Well, in their campaign announcement, the grammar and capitalization were dreadful. People in positions of power should talk respectably, not like they haven't attended primary school. In his so-called "manifesto," Hydrolys begged for votes at the end. Begging for votes? How many politicians that begged for votes got elected? Very few, last time I checked. However, I applaud the simplification that Hydrolys included in their "manifesto." It was a smart idea. Sadly, Hydrolys seems to think copying parts of my manifesto is a good idea. It is not. Also, they claim they have been here longer. As I said earlier, I have had several nations in the past. In their manifesto, they complain about my plan to tackle the situation with Deruuu when they don't have one themselves. When talking about their qualities, they say "it's the best job that suits me." Where's the consideration for the people? Is that the only reason why you're running?
There's no reason you shouldn't vote for Hydrolys. But when it comes to election day, I want you voter to make the choice that fits you. If I lose, I lose. But you better bet I'll be back next election.
Why shouldn't you vote for Pinabrunam? I haven't a clue. They use Latin, a redeeming quality in the law field. They seem enthusiastic to take up the position. Maybe that's the best part about me; I simply cannot find a reason you shouldn't vote for them. Instead of throwing blatant and unfounded attacks at nations that have done no harm to me, I tell the People the truth. That's why you should vote for me.
Who Do I Support?
I support:
Sierra valley for Supreme Chancellor
Byrd land for Councilor of Culture
The Democratic Republic of Zekeinistan for Councilor of Defense
