Hello all!
I can confirm that I do not plan a reshuffle soon, and confirm my following Cabinet Secretaries pending approval from the President. There are no changes from the pre-government era yet.
1st Ferngill Ministry:
Prime Minister: Nimbys
- Executive power through the prerogative of the President. Appoints and dismisses Ministers, with the President's agreement. Oversees Cabinet and the legislative agenda.
Secretary of State for Foreign and Diplomatic Affairs (Foreign Secretary): Staine
- Create a functioning Embassy policy, and contact regions worth building relationships and alliances with. Support the Home Secretary with recruitment through your diplomatic work. Managing foreign relations and responsible for matters of Regional Security pertaining to external affairs.
Secretary of State for the Home Department (Home Secretary): Mars high
- Principal Officer for Recruitment, responsible for the growth of the regional community and responsible for matters of Regional Security pertaining to internal affairs.
Secretary of State for Justice and Director of Public Prosecutions (Justice Secretary/DPP): United regions of israel
- As Justice Secretary, helps to create and shape the forthcoming criminal code and legal system. As Director of Public Prosecutions, prosecutes nations suspected of committing offences contrary to the good order of the region.
Temporary Judicial Branch pending the Constitution
- Until such time as a Constitution establishes a formal Judicial Branch, the following procedures should be followed in the unlikely event of a criminal case.
If an accused nation pleads guilty to an offence, a summary judgement may be issued by the Director of Public Prosecutions. If the guilty nation wishes to appeal or contest this sentence, the Cabinet shall convene and vote on the case to determine sentence. A majority verdict is required to cast sentence, except in a banjection requiring 2/3rds. Where the Cabinet (bar the DPP) are in unanimous agreement that a sentence is too lenient, it may be raised once the consent of the President is given.
If an accused nation pleads Not Guilty to an offence, after hearing evidence the Cabinet (in this sole instance including the President) shall convene to vote on each offence. A 2/3rds majority is required to convict. Upon conviction, a summary judgement may be issued by the Director of Public Prosecutions. I hope this model can provide some degree of order in the coming days, until a permanent system can be established.

For simplicity, all legislation passed by the Transitional Parliament, including Resolutions and Bills shall pass with a simple 1/2 majority. In the future should our active membership increase, I shall look to appoint more Members of Parliament.
Due to a lack of a Speaker in the Parliament, I shall become the Acting Speaker for ease.

I'd like to make a small statement in regards to the succession from the Union of Allied States.
I've wished to distance the Ferngill Federation from the occurrence that lead to it's creation, and hoped to avoid bringing it to the region's RMB, though it's time I shall step in and intervene. 
South Waterford wishes to see all of our vassal/puppet nations removed from the Union of Allied States which I believe it is fair that we comply with this as it's the correct, moral thing to do. I never wished for the events to become a "blow" to the Union and I wish it well in it's future endeavors, it's best we treat the Union with respect and draw away from it completely and let them rebuild. If the nations of the UAS had wished to hear from us they would construct embassies.
The constant posting on the Union's RMB only seems to be a method of rubbing salt in the wound of the succession, which I don't believe is right. We must focus on building Ferngill: that means putting effort into the recruitment of new nations and the passing of legislation to allow us to build a strong and stable regional democracy.
