I have no qualms on giving up the position. All that I would say is required is that they vote with the interests of the region instead of their own. Bearing in mind the general tenants of free market principles.

Sounds good to me. I'm all for a new nation in our ranks if it means more activity in the region. Plus its been a long time since I updated the map. It would be great to get back into things.

I can't nominate myself as I'm not very active as I use to be, I just log in sometimes to check up on my nation and to keep it active. However, I will vote for whoever keeps the current state of the region the same, I really enjoy the peace of this region when discussing topics and role-play.

Also any imports and exports to and from Cudoocadaa is still possible but will be a little rocky as Greater Landlordia has entered a very violent war with the Communist Regime. We encourage all trading partners to be cautious when importing and exporting cargo.

I do not know why we cannot just change the map to just add a single new nation on there!

Oh but we can, if you wish to be on a map just ask our cartographer [nation]The Lunar Republicepublic[/nation]

Why are they in war?

Welcome, Oen and Enclave Detachment Abigail!

The map on here is actually just one that I uploaded so there isnt a way to change it on NationStates, but if you want to be on it just message me

I didn't really ask to be on there, but to begin with, me being on a map about space is very unrealistic because my nation doesn't even run a Space Program. I was just saying if the map could get a new version to add more planets, more weight, more countries, etc on the map.

Free Transhumanists wrote:Why are they in war?

Instead of a Cold War, they just chose War. It's one of their defining differences from our parent nation Landlordia. They figured it best not to loop other countries in with their personal conflict and just settled it one on one preventing long-term conflict by making it short-term. A nuisance for Imports and Exports to and from the area because we share the same space, but we're managing to get by.

Update on Greater Landlordia, nukes have just been launched at East Lebanuck as a response to their nuke attack. Radiation will soon spread throughout the area. I wished they would have just used their Space Lazer instead.

Goodness Gracious what did miss!

French Kanaidia wrote:Goodness Gracious what did miss!

Not much, just Greater Landlordia just got nuked by East Lebanuck and they fired back, so now we have radiation surrounding the city-states, but power companies are using the free roam radiation to their advantage.

Free Market Federation
Worry not as only few of our cities have been taken by Fallout, Greater Landlordia still stands thanks to a mighty agent.

Space tourism has began in my nation. Have fun meeting Cudoocadains in space!

Are you saying that your nation started its space age... right now?

Does Greater Landlordia need anything from us? Like humanitarian supplies, development and investment fund from our economy? Or few dreadnoughts to obliterate enemy cities from the orbit? Anything can be possibly negotiated.

Shhh. Let him enjoy his advancements. It's like watching a child grow up.

Greetings, we are delighted to establish diplomatic relations with you. This marks the beginning of a new chapter in our partnership as we recently opened embassies between The Global Elite region and the Free Market Federation.

Greetings! We are looking forward to a peaceful and beneficial relationship between our two great regions

..."This is Atasis system flight control center, please identify yourself"...."Hello? Atasis system flight control center, present a permit or demand for validation of your travel please"..... "Uhh.. hallo?"

It was the moment that shocked almost everyone within the system.... the Atasis system is one of the busiest, practically millions of space vessels crosses it every day, but this one vessel... was different.
System patrol convoy was sent to hail the approaching silent vessel in a belief that it's just an ordinary mission... smugglers, refugees, faulty comms or something like that... until they saw the identification plate of the ship.

... it said "FMS Observer"... practically a legend, the ship that was suited for deep space exploration lost millennia ago arrived home.
The news spread fast around the galaxy... the story of the ship once sent by united scientific community of Free Market Federation in hopes of ambitious discoveries that went silent after a year with no clues about its disappearance. Some said it was raided by pirates... some said there was a malfunction, others even believed that they just deserted... but no answer made straightforward logical sense since it was full of cutting edge technologies and federation leading field experts.

...one thing is certain, it returned back.... but why now? And what secrets it may hold?

The latest news reports says that ship is now completely isolated by FTR military performing first remote observation, examination and analysis of the data.

There is also another breaking news: Political system of Deliberative Theocracy was reinstalled again in Free Transhumanists, this political "setback" was decided and supported by vast majority of the Democratic Union after a long period of political gridlock all over the FTR territories.

With Supreme Overseer Ziran's reform being widely overruled, the Supreme Overseer resigned. The upper chamber of Domináte then after a week of deliberating presented a new Supreme Overseer - Breena I. So far he has a history of being quite open minded with close viewpoints to those of Ziran's. We'll see where his rule shall lead us from this day forward.

Things are getting funky over in FTR.

In other news, nothing has changed here in ES and boring old representative democracy continues as per usual.

Not going to lie, this was for the FTR rather a pragmatic solution of a backup sort - returning back to the point where system had worked. Many people - citizens, politicians and even members of the order of Extropy including Ziran himself are deeply disappointed this day. There are speculations of forming a national holiday reminding us our necessary setbacks in order to avoid political disintegration.

Political systems of Environmental Support and once those of Cerveskia and Free Terand served for a long time as a role model where FTR wanted to be one day - this dream was finally initiated after impeachment of Supreme Overseer Solomon IV and appointing Supreme Overseer Ziran I who decided to lead the trend in a mindset of his vox populi inspired by abroad influence, where his first reform should be reformation step where Solomon's Corporate Theocracy shall be reconstructed into more streamline and connected with population model - paving a way to Deliberation Theocratic model with future vision where Domináte (the religious political body) will be only for representative and advisory purposes - forming a second Zirans reform, the Constitutional Theocratic model named as the Interstellar Union/Deliberative Union.... yet as I mentioned, it failed.

Now the national question is where to go next...? Deliberative Theocracy, however functional, was intended to be temporary transitional part of the whole Ziran's reform - but now it seems it might be the unexpected end and optimal maximum of democratization within the nation for the foreseeable future

But I guess that now political scientists within the region have something to study at least.
