Do you know a cure for remorsefulness ?

Office Girls wrote:Do you know a cure for remorsefulness ?

There is one thing I feel particularly remorseful about. The thought of it catches me unaware once in awhile, I shiver, then shrug my shoulders. There’s nothing else to be done. My parents were disappointed at the time, long ago, but no one was irreparably harmed. It’s forgotten now. A mistake, yes, but everyone makes them.

You are special, my dear. Shrug your shoulders a little more.

Thank you..
Yes, I should do that and carry on. Too much energy spent on remorse will destroy me.

I've learned a valuable tool called apathy. I'm not a narcissist, very much the opposite, but I focus more on myself vs others these days for the sake of my own physical and mental well-being.

'Could be better' because I don't want to tell anyone to F*** off. You all seem like decent folk.

We all have our own reasons to have voted "Could be better".
Good things can happen. Had the most amazing luck today. I was taking my Sunday morning walk and found a €10 note (Ten Euros = 8,57 GBP ; 11,82 USD ; 15, 47 AUD) on the sidewalk. Enough to buy smokes and some food. Unwittingly, I happened to be at the right place at the right time. We simply never know. There are more things in Heaven and Earth than are dreamt of in our philosophy.

10€ = 14.91 Canadian dollars. It's easier to find it in euros; picking up 14.91 might be time consuming. You'd worry you might miss some.

Very droll ;)
1,491 CAD for 1€uro. Not bad an exchange rate. If I had any savings I'd go to Canada.

Palm Sunday. The beginning of the Holy Week. Today's Mass was the highlight of my day.

Lesbian piraters is a colossal, socially progressive nation, ruled by Ellen DeGeneres with a fair hand, and remarkable for its keen interest in outer space, daily referendums, and irreverence towards religion.

It's a very important part of my life. I'm involved with the Pope's Worldwide Prayer Network, formerly the Apostleship of Prayer. I attend Mass every day.
It's a compromise between religious life and other things I love to do. Welfare of stray animals, books. And I'm saving money to buy a motorcycle.
