Today marks three weeks of isolation without sugar. Running 3 miles a day, no meat or flour. No caffeine! The change has been fantastic! I feel great! Zero alcohol! A healthy diet, gluten free, caffeine-free, and a good workout every day!!!!!!!

You need sugar to live though

Today marks three weeks of isolation with regular boosts of sugar - especially chocolate eggs and bunnies. Walking 3ish kilometers a day, extra meat and baked goods. Fully stocked on coffee, regular injections of caffeine!
The change has been OK! I feel good enough - except for the mood swings, but seeing as how I can play video games, take naps and watch movies anytime I want, not too bad overall.

Correct me if I'm wrong but fruit contains the sugar, fructose, and glucose which makes this diet work?
To live it isn't necessary to only digest table sugar (sucrose)?
