Serkin 2 couldn't answers, she was shocked of what she just did and what she tried to do.

As for the Arrow, the Arrow would glitch away before returning again out of thin air, the Wound not healing as Nerrexit's blood and clothes, as well as Nerrexit, begin to turn grey, spreading slowly from the Wound.

The Streets were Busy, full of people walking about, doing whatever they do on a regular day. Some People take notice to Dynamo's... "Unhuman" Appearances, but dont say or do anything, just going about their Business. Police officers would also go by, wielding Firearms and Dawning Ballistic vests, with the Officers intensifying the further Dynamo would move into the middle of the City.
He would cross a Bridge over the River Themes as He would see Parliament and what's left of the Elizabethan tower, showing Only what remains of the Top, which isn't overly much, especially as the Clock faces being all but Gone.
