The fleets receive an automated message from a beacon orbiting Venus, it shows a small coin as it is flicked into the air and as it falls the message is played.

---Greetings travelers, and welcome to the Venus orbiting sector!---

--It seems you are not registered in our databanks so here are a few recommendations for you!--

A strange touch screen is then displayed in the room, on it are the following.

1. What is the Orbiting sector?

2. Register an account with the guild!

3. How to begin your trading and purchasing!

4. Reach out to a professional.

The coin then begins to fall towards the floor, and a time deadline appears counting down from ten minutes.

---Please decide soon, and come again!---

"What is this?" The Communications Officer looks at Grand Admiral Miller then looks back at the automated message. "It appears to be an automated message from a trading guild." The UTN chooses option one in order to find out exactly who it is who sent the message.

So true though. Merchants and businessmen will do anything to cut corners xD

Actual talks are for those who flaunt their wealth, the truly wealthy meet only in the most important of circumstances.

You have a base on Jupiter right? If so, then i long went past your base lol. I'm already orbiting Earth.

Oh cool. Anyways, i gotta go now for the day. I might be on for most of the day tomorrow. Btw, i sent out a greeting message to literally everybody on Earth, so everybody knows i exist now. Anyways, see all of you tomorrow.

The Empire starts adding new mining stations to its rule by dispatching asteroid capturers that capture 3 asteroids, mining on these asteroids start soon as some parliamentarians make a very ambitious and expensive plan to make a ‘Dyson Sphere’ although most people dismiss the idea and say it’s too expensive.

The coin goes into a standstill as the following message is displayed.

--Option 1: what is the orbiting sector?--

The orbiting sector is the pride of our people and stands as a reminder of the rewards brought about through struggle and hardship.

Since the completion of the first space elevator, The Director has sought a way to interact with the rest of the system and the Orbiting Sector has operated as both the transit center of goods and one of the most incredible joining of stations in the system, a combination of multiple orbiting stations, it is connected by a large highway of transit ships that bring our guests through many different zones including but not limited to; aquariums, casinos, hotels, amusement parks, museums, virtual environments, observatory's, zoos, viewing stations of Venus, shipping sectors, and many more!

1. I want to learn more about the stations!

2. What's a space elevator?

3. Whos The Director?

4. Book my trip today!

5. Return to the original questions.

After showing the choices, the new coin begins its decent again.

So, I got an idea:
Skyhooks

The Concept is this large ball, out in the orbits, yeah? Several very long tethers, stitched with strong stuff like Nylon and all that jazz. Docking station on each tip of the ropes. Ball's spinning, has simple natural gas fueled rockets, Jupiter's hooked us up. Less Fuel, more Payload. Also allows for them Luxury Flights and large scale stuff. Fairly Expensive getting a large ball in space when you don't have the same large ball to help launch the ship. I'm going on a tangent either way. The Ball can massively speed up or slow down spaceships entering and leaving da' earth. With this we'll have more cargo for anything, even a Dyson. Maybe we can get a nice space-station on the ball as a luxury resort and we can turn those tethers I mentioned into elevators up above. If you got any questions, shoot me.

Dang, all this colonization, territory splitting, wars, threats, and I'm up in space sipping my cola gambling at high stakes tables in fancy space stations.

Oh we’ve heard of this before and have had interest but some in the parliament think it’s too much money to put into something that we could use for stuff like education. What would you say the cost would be?

The socialist republic of alaska wrote:Ok

No, Normandy doesn’t even have that much English influence anymore and Brittany is more Franco-Anglo than British.
