All the leaders gather in a large chamber inside East Overworld, they all are circling the Emperor who begins his speech...

"Welcome to East Overworld leaders from afar! I hope you've enjoyed your stay so far. After the meeting feel free to stay at my humble palace and explore our beautiful country full of magic and wildlife. Now; We're gathered here today to discuss the disappearance of our nations astronauts who were on a mission on the neighboring planet of Hercules. The WASA were already taking satellite images the whole time. On those images we saw a thick cloud cover the entire planet, making the surface unseeable. When we got a heat imagry camera everything was blue meaning it was cold. From these results the WASA think that the only way we're going to figure out how to save our astronauts will be to send more down to the surface, or we could send a drone. What do you suggest you do and how will your nation help?"

"We can't afford to lose anymore of our astronauts to try and save them and I'm afraid that the technology won't be able to survive those frozen clouds. At this time I think the best option for us is to send research vessels to research these frozen clouds from a safe distance."

"The Asari will investigate their own base as is expected, but personally I think The asari would be a better fit for the R&D of the space vessel, but are will happily work on it with our good friend Groggnak if needed."
