Sounds familiar...

In the past, cheese was a very popular flavor, and it had a own fabric in a city called Tareye in the north of the country. In the same city, there was a nuclear power plant, and was in a 29 of February ( I didn't needed for say this but fine) that the power plant exploded, like Chernobyl is case. The radiation entered in the cheese fabric, and after everyone evacuated, the cheese suffered a mutation. It became a monster like Godzilla, but of cheese. The monster called Cheezilla, started destroying towns close to Tareye, making the region inhabitable. But the smell of cheese attracted a lot of rats, that slowly eat the entire Cheezila. It also made the rats get sick making 90% of the rats that eat the monster die. It was shocking, but this at least ended with, the plagues, things that don't happen more here since this day. But the monster killed the triple more than the radiation did, in the total killing 105 Million people. The disaster made cheese lethal to Haivonians, making it forbidden, due to mutations. It already made a film, called Cheezilla, a parody of Godzilla, and it reached almost 500 millions Raquios in box office. Conclusion: Haivon hates cheese more than every country in NationStates.
Also the Cheese War happened years later, only proving the danger cheese is to Haivonians.

Always has been. The starting main and worst industries of your nation are essentially completely random (though the stronger your starter Economy, the stronger your starting industries). If you've made moves to encourage healthy eating or promoted health standards in food, the pizza industry will suffer even more.

Sorry for the double post, but I think it's warranted.

Do new nations always start with high primitiveness levels? Looking at the world trends, I noticed there is a significant increase of primitiveness during the Drewpocalypse.

Maybe it depends on what you select when you build your nation. I'm not sure.

Iz me le New lazulia. Splitting up the colonies into individual ones so they can have separate factbooks, more autonomy and individuality, and a portal hub for the overview factbooks of each alt.

I’m not juuustt yet ready to join the Rp yet as I’m setting up factbooks and writers block is taking a toll but I’m dyyiing to get in! But don’t worry I sure don’t plan to post back to back on individual accounts. If that gives you any relief.

A bloody nuisance when you have to sign a check, though.

If it's true that our species is alone in the universe, then I'd have to say the universe aimed rather low and settled for very little.

New nations often start with a Primitiveness range of roughly -100 to 100, which is well above the regional average. It's not necessarily that new nations start with high Primitiveness, but that most players answer issues in a way that develops their nation and reduces Primitiveness over time (I have puppets with Primitiveness below -400) rather than focusing on increasing it (which it's actually moderately hard to do). Pretty much any focus on education, Scientific Advancement, etc. will reduce Primitiveness.
