"Please, I beg you, let me see him. I fear he might be an old friend of mine. Louis de Bourbon. Please, let me in. I have seen him injured. Please, please, please, let me in there. And if any punishment were to fall on you, I would take full responsibility. Please, let me see him. Please." Maria is so nervous she almost faints. She takes a chair and sits down. She almost passed out, but she still mutters "Please, please, please"
Guard tells her to calm down, then tells her that he will see what he can do. Leaving her on a chair supervised by other enforcers, he goes to the room with Octavius his nurse and lawyer. Guard closes the door behind him and asks "What's your name boy?"
"Thank you... I'm sorry for the interruption... Carry on" he says, then walks back to the woman. "It's not him... The man we have here said it's not him. He told me his name is different..." he tells her.
Lawyer: "Ok then... They have your claimed identity already..."
"No, no, I can't believe you... Let me see him! From the outside at least. Let me see his face. I will recognize him. Please" Maria's voice is filled with angst. She pales once again and her voice cracks. A year escapes from her eye. "Please, let me see him..."
"No..." Says Octavius "Don't... Don't say a word... Forget it now please" Octavius penetrates the lawyer with a look. His eyes are filled with that flame that only the superior men can understand and that most of humanity is unable to resist. "Forget it now. I would prefer death than having my name being known here"
Guard: "That's against the rules miss... He claims to not be who you claim he is... Unless you prove us his identity, we can't allow you to meet him..."
"Oh God, how cruel can men be to women! He is Louis de Bourbon a.k.a Octavius, my old friend. I didn't bring no documents about him, I don't own them. I only..." Suddenly, Maria realises something. She takes out her phone, opens the photo gallery and shows a picture of herself and Octavius together to the guard. "If the prisoner said he recognises me and himself in this photo, would that be enough for you?"
Maria doesn't stutter. "Take it! As long as you return it to me. Take it! Liberate me from the angst that oppresses my heart! Take it already!"
General Diana Knight, Minister of Defense: The Black Cell's headquarters is the Military District city of Fortress g98. They have fortified it, and we are attacking it. They have put the majority of their military forces into the defense of that city. If it falls, the Cell falls. However, the civilian population is large, and they have taken several of our own politicians and military officers captive.
The guards take her phone to their hackers to look for all useful information on the inmate and the woman herself. They are not allowed to plant anythingvinto it, but they can legally check all they want. So they do.
Dircya: “I do have one idea, but it is rather silly. I only even thought of it given the current circumstances of our situation....”
The Arch-Plutarch, replying by phone: "That sounds like a... worthwhile proposition. I will dispatch two Lutosae commando teams to Thialrer. They will follow your orders on anything related to their assigned mission, but nothing else. With your permission of course."
OOC: I will have very little access to wifi for the next week or so. I apologize in advance.
Man in scars: "Silly propositions have no place in the law..."
Dircya: (crosses her arms and sighs) "Listen, I only offered to participate in this meeting because I wanted to resolve all of the trouble that Brenda caused, but it's been rather difficult for Ms. Ho and I. Your nation's policies are quite different from mine, and we're both doing our best to find creative solutions that can appease all of us. This hasn't been easy, and you are certainly not making this any easier, but we are not done trying. Do you want to hear what I/we have to say or not?"
Woman in Hijab: "If it is anything important then stop wasting our time and say it... The council never invited you and your participation is unimportant to the council..."
Guard gives her back her phone saying "We've got what we need... We managed to get valuable information. We proved that he's not your family though so you can't meet..."
Maria cannot take it anymore. She quietly mutters " Tell him Maria Mancini came to meet him" and then, faints.
Guards completely ignore her request. Some medical specialist checks her pulse, takes blood samples and other basic checks to see if she will be fine. After they do make sure of that, she's not given any help and is just left outside the facility in the nearest bus stop.
OOC: Bus stops in Khazar Lechia have roofs and 4 walls... They are more of small buildings, that can be used to wait even during harsh weather, due to common nomadic lives and all buses are free for all citizens... Leaving someone in a bus stop is common after it's known they don't need medical help. It's usually used when people faint because of alcohol, or drugs, but are stable. They do have running water that is drinkable, though cold, but they themselves have all that's needed in any kind of weather... They are also commonly found in the middle of nowhere, just like this one she was left in.
