2) Puppet nations are able to be to enter the region; however, they may not hold any executive or legislative office in the regional government and may not be part of any election polls.

3) All nations of the region shall be entitled to Freedom of Speech that complies with the laws of the Aurora Union and rules of NationStates.

Section 2: Citizenship
1) Nations who have resided in the Aurora Union for three days, filled out the Aurora Union Citizen Application, and are not a puppet can become citizens of the Aurora Union.

2) To become a citizen you must fill out the Citizen Application pinned below the World Factbook of the region.

3) Citizens of the region are able to run for executive and legislative offices.

Section 3: WA Member Nations
1) Any nation of the region that is a World Assembly Member must be endorsed by all WA members residing in the region. A valid reason must be given if said member is not endorsing the WA Delegate.

Section 4: Regional Government Structure
1) The regional government of the Aurora Union will consists of the Founder, the Premier, the Aurora Union Congress, the WA Delegate, and the Judicial Committee.

2) The Founder's term is unlimited. It cannot be impeached, removed or expelled from the region.

3) The Founder may use its executive authority to block any attempt by the Premier, the World Assembly Delegate, or the Congress to amend or suspend this Constitution by unilateral decree.

4) The Founder must use its executive authority to ward off any foreign aggression meant to invade, raid or destabilize the region. The Founder may also issue executive decrees containing the purpose and duration of validity of such to take precautionary measures to avoid previously mentioned circumstances.

5) The Founder may use its powers without prior authorization from the competent authorities of the Aurora Union in circumstances where the Founder reasonably believes that the security or stability of the Aurora Union is under threat. However, in these circumstances, the Founder must provide a written statement to the Premier justifying its actions. The Premier may order the Founder to reverse any action taken without prior authorization from the Premier or WA Delegate and, if so ordered, the Founder must comply with such order.

6) In the event that the founder ceases to exist, all World Assembly nations are required to endorse the current World Assembly delegate. Any nations not already in the World Assembly are encouraged to join and endorse the WAD.

7) The WAD, while the founder is nonexistent, will assume the role abdicated by the founder. All aforementioned sections of this constitution previously applicable to the founder will then apply to the delegate. As such, the WAD should be treated as the premier executive of the region by all nations within it. Furthermore, the WAD should act in the best interests of the region, as the founder would have, by maintaining the integrity of this constitution, the regional government, and other activities of the region.

Section 2: Aurora Union Congress
1) All legislative powers herein shall be entrusted to the Aurora Union Congress (AUC).

2) AUC members will be able to to adopt by-laws for the region on any matters not explicitly reserved to and in this Constitution. All by-laws require a majority vote to pass.

3) Members of the Congress will be democratically elected by a majority vote.

4) The members of Congress will be elected to a five month term

5) To be eligible to run for Congress a nation must fill out the Aurora Union Citizen Application, not be a puppet, and must be a member of the region for three days.

Section 3: Premier
1) The head of government will be know as the Premier.

2) The Premier will serve as the tie breaker vote in Congress and will stand in for the WA Delegate whenever possible.

3) The Premier will be elected by the region's citizens (people that turned in the citizen application form and is in the database)

4) The Premier will be elected to a six month term

5) The Premier shall be empowered to appoint a cabinet or council of advisers.

6) The Council of Advisers shall be as follows: Minister of the Region, Minister of International Affairs, Minister of Security

7) The Council of advisers must be approved by Congress

Section 4: WA Delegate
1) The WA Delegate of the Aurora Union shall be the representative of the Aurora Union in the World Assembly.

2) The WA Delegate will stand in for the Founder if the Founder ever ceases to exist.

3) The WA Delegate will be elected to a six month term.

4) The election for WA Delegate will take place after the election for Premier.

5) For security purposes the WA Delegate must be endorsed by all WA members residing in the region. A valid reason must be given if said member is not endorsing the WA Delegate.

Section 5: Judicial Committee
1) All disputes pertaining to the wording, interpretation, meaning or intent of the Constitution, or any by-law, shall be referred to a Judicial Committee.

2) Members of the committee shall be nominated by the Premier, and confirmed by the AUC by majority vote. The AUC may pass by-laws to further regulate this matter, including but not limited to, terms of office, membership and composition, and any further powers and duties.

3) The AUC may vote, by majority vote, to accuse any state in the Aurora Union of violating the Constitution; such accusations shall be heard by the Judiciary Committee, which shall then vote to convict or acquit based on verifiable submitted evidence.

4) All accused parties shall have the right to review all evidence against them. Accused parties may plead their own case, or if so desired may chose a proxy to act on their behalf.

5) Penalties for violating the Constitution, shall be regulated by the AUC.

1) All Aurora Union members (excluding puppets) are entitled to apply to join. The AUC may pass by-laws further regulating or clarifying matters related to membership in AUC.

2) To be a member of AUC a member must fill out the Aurora Union Citizen Application, not be a puppet, be a part of the World Assembly, and must be a member of the region for three days.

1) The executive power shall be entrusted to the Founder of the region and the WA Delegate.

1) All amendments to the Constitution must originate in Congress and be passed with a majority vote.

1) The Ratification by the members of the Aurora Union shall be sufficient for the establishment of this Constitution.
