"Weather" is kind of a hilarious stat. You just have to go with it. Culture always makes it go down. Most Environmental stuff also raises Weather. But often, it's a bit mystifying. I once read a post by [violet] that described her approach for Weather being determined by whether an issue choice would result in people staying indoors more or going outside.

I would call it low-mid-range. You're below the arithmetic mean, but likely above the median (just because there are SO. MANY. tiny nations). "Big" is always a relative thing.

The Republic of Abe wrote:Hey, guys, you like my flag

I have no strong feelings one way or the other. Black and white makes for a very austere look; the fist implies a government built on the use of force to control and suppress dissent, but is often also used as a symbol of "workers' rights" type stuff; the stars seem a little out of place without knowing more of the context. I'm curious why you have the stripes, unless it's just in imitation of the US flag (in which case I personally think that's a little silly; the 13 stripes mean something for the United States, referencing its history and origins, but that wouldn't apply to a wholly new other nation.)

hello, guys, I made a story and some information in my factbook

So that's what that is...

Ah, very good. Do you intend to create more stripes if more members join? Or will those boxes with the diagonal lines account for that? (I wasn't sure what to make of them.)

Do we have any sort of whip voting system, and what ways can nations help manage the rp sort of side of this region?

If you're talking about the World Assembly votes, we don't whip. But if you're looking to get more involved in Balder's WA mission you can join us on the forums and get involved!

I would support it if you wrote it, but there’s a lot of resolutions already out there that deal with climate control. You would have to do a lot of looking through past GA resolutions to make sure yours isn’t a duplicate

Is Pacific Con just the NS WF but for members of the Pacific feeders?

New solaurora wrote:Is Pacific Con just the NS WF but for members of the Pacific feeders?

Basically, except everyone is invited. There's also the NSGE coming up which is supposed to be a new NS WF

As the former Mayor of Ribe, Deputy Talman of the Odelsting, Acting Talman of the Odelsting, and one time Exchequer-Designate, I demand satisfaction, an apology, and re-admittance in honor to the citizenry and government of the Kingdom of Balder.

You demand an apology for spewing insults to our region and its leadership and then trying to recruit for your region on our own forum? I wonder why you want back when "every single aspect of the region is corrupt" and we are a "dead region".

If you want back, demanding an apology from us is the wrong way of going about it. Perhaps if you were to have apologized, and not pretended it was your right to be a citizen, there might've been a chance.

I can only agree with Bowzin.

Nothing about your behaviour towards us, from your insult strewn rant of a resignation post to your shameless attempts at recruitment, your brazen attempt at re-applying for citizenship and this completely delusional demand for "satisfaction" shows anything but contempt for Balder and its people. It also demonstrates a complete lack of insight into your own behaviour and a distinctly poor attempt to airbrush over your dismal attitude towards us.

Your former positions mean nothing given the complete lack of respect you showed any of them. Apologising and re-admitting you would do the opposite of honouring this region, its government and citizens. Take your pathetic attempts at grandstanding elsewhere.
