Ast Wal will import the following amenities from Rekua.
1). grain, corn, soybeans, and wheat.

* There will be no applicable taxes, tariffs, or VATS on any and all products that are exchanged between these two nation-states.
* Both parties will agree to provide insurance for any and all products that have been damaged, neglected, or lost in the transit.

IC: They get President Samsonite's personal secretary "I'm sorry but at this time President Samsonite and his Foreign Affairs Secretary are currently on their way to a summit and therefore unavailable for discussing other matters. I will be sure to tell him you called as soon as possible. However we would ask that any future trade discussions be conducted privately through telegram unless otherwise agreed upon. Thank you."
SIC: The message is forwarded to President Samsonite and his Foreign Affairs Secretary who are on a small supersonic passenger jet somewhere on their way to the summit.
"Hmm. Interesting. So it seems the rumors of Rekuans making broad assumptions may not be stereotypes after all. Saying we dont share sunnahist views. Yellowism and Sunnahism just like Violetism all share some similarities as all our religions share an origin in the prophets and what have you. But then again I suppose that could just be a mistake on their part. But like they say most stereotypes are based in some degree of truth."
He reads further through the message.

I don't know if that is their intent but it puts off that vibe. The world is already as unified as it can get under the UNB. President Samsonite paces down the center aisle of the plane as he continues to read before sitting down back in his seat.
"Well more trade is always tempting but. I don't know. We just pulled our nation out of socialism and the socialist vibes I'm getting make me feel uneasy. Hmm. I think it's going to be a no for now. They pulled out of BITO how am I to know they wont just pull out of this deal when they feel it isn't up to their morals? Would just leave us holding the bag. They talk about being against imperialism yet what is this? There is no difference between one imperialist 3,000 miles away and one 300 miles away. Besides I thought someone said Rekua was withdrawing from international relations to focus on itself? They suddenly change their mind on that? Ast Wal is not a part of the inside of Rekua which needs focusing on. I think the answer for now will have to be a no unfortunately. They did say they needed time to focus on their internals and so Ast Wal shall not distract them from said task. Once Rekua becomes more stable than maybe."
IC: President Mayvore will attend the summit.
IC: Heir Prince Yugaffi Maika II., head patriarch of the Maika Dynasty, was appointed the mission to act as a representative to Belfi on behalf of the Emir's doctrine.
IC: Emir Ali Mak-had will be attending the summit for Hengu and her interests. He will also be bringing his wife, personal translator, and assistant.
IC: In all his glory, the young Emir of Alinu will be seating for this congregation of representatives and world leaders. The young Emir has stated that his will be alone for the visit, as he is fluent in Common; which appears to be the 'business language of the world'. The ambitious leader tends to be arrogant, but he is smart enough to understand diplomacy, and is an advocate for international peace an harmony.

"Admiral Elsani Goggi, our rearing flanks are in transit, our reinforcements have finally arrived." Lieutenant Admiral Jeagur Donwth informed his superior, with a hopeful gaze, he relieves himself with a cigar. "Where'd you fine something like that!" his subordinate squeals.
"Keep your lips sealed, Lieutenant. These things are hard to find nowadays, the new government and all. Passing laws as if it was a dying society. It was bad enough when our former King allowed the socialists to walk all over him, but he even removed himself to spare his life when the left made their move. Now we all have to die with a body clear of all impurities, but accept those who wish to rip out their fruit and replace it with vulgarity. Ironic, actually."

*Late that day, the Admiral was dispatched to a holographic meeting, where members of the Military Staff have gathered. The physical body being the presence of the President, in then shifts the perspective to them.*
"Thank you all for your time, you may present your bi-weekly reports." President Amaza Obeji begins the meeting with a direct motion.
"President, sir. The first wave of reinforcements for our branch have successfully provided the boost we need against the enemy. We have also been able to direct the resources you requested to the UTF. We've successfully made up for our annual quota." reports Gen. Ala Yu-Madai.
Admiral Goggi steps up for his part of the reports, "We need to stop following the same military doctrine that Sovern uses, they have the technology to take incoming heavy bombardment from naval defenses; their ships are built with the proper counter measures that our naval forces are lacking. These ships you're giving us are crap!"
*The room draws their attention to the dispute, in which silence leaves the room and the meeting is at a halt*
"You will give me more respect than that, Admiral Goggi. The ships you have received are enough to handle whatever it is they have been designed to do. Have some faith in those who built your weapons. They are the ones powering the war effort. If you co-"
"Excuse me, Sir. I don't care what some overpaid factory worker's respect. There will be no war effort if we are losing moral, our ships can't even take more than five shells without sinking, and killing my men, who are on the frontlines fighting for your freedom to overpay some factory worker. I will say it again, Sovern's warships' hulls are build to take heavy bombardment, the use a special alloy. Their weapon platforms are also armored, and powerful. Their rears are always followed by smaller frigates to fill the gap between each heavy they have put into formation, we are letting the smaller warships slow down our heavier ones, which is why we keep losing territory and constantly forcing a retreat. I can't possibly conduct such fashion on my own without the proper warships and resources. Give me some heavies, and give me some frigates. The heavies need to be the shield while the frigates are our spears. It is a tactic that I observed in my time during exercise with the Federation."
*The rest of the commanding officers clap and agree to his strategy*
"This meeting is in conclusion, thank you all for your time." the President concludes the meeting, somewhat bothered by the Admiral's outburst.
IC: All the guests have RSVPed and are on their way to the summit. The Kaiser has been there for a few days already making sure everything is set up and done right. Once everything is in place the Kaiser goes to welcome each of the guests.
"Thank you ladies and gentlemen for coming to the summit. I know we've all been waiting a while for this summit to get here so that we can fully transition away from the AII and settle any the small issues which have arisen." Says the Kaiser as he and the Hetaman of The cossack hetamanate shake the hand of each of the guests.
"On behalf of all of us I would also like to thank Hetaman Olglock for proposing this summit and for offering his home as the location for it."
"Now let us enter this beautiful building and get down to work."
Hetaman Olglock leads the various leaders and representatives of the different nations to a large meeting all with a large, ornate round table with enough seats for everyone, each seat is labelled with the name of the respective nations and there are several pitchers of ice water and crystal glasses as well as platters of snacks such as cookies should anyone attending the summit get hungry.
"Thank you Hetaman Olglock." Says the Kaiser as he and the others sit down.
"Now I figured that it would be easiest and make the most sense if we went through the AII by how it is divided. That way we aren't all talking over each other. So Vostag will go first, then Velkisa, then Hedra, and then Sovern." Says the Kaiser as he pulls out some papers.
"Here is a copy of the AII just so we can all understand what we're talking about." Says the Kaiser passing copies of the AII around the table as well as to the observers.
"Now the trade aspect of things isn't really an issue. We can discuss that all day long any day of the week. I have here trade proposals for each of the Aoerian nations excluding Ast Wal and Kelvenir which already have bilateral trade deals with Vostag. Now we can discuss these here if you like or we can discuss them more privately later it's up to your respective nations.
Vostag would like to continue trade with each of your nations and expand trade to include all of you. I feel the trade proposals are a pretty fair exchange of goods. It has the standard stuff which can be found in all of Hyperborea's trade deals. Talks about trade, settling any issues between us by trying to talk it out first, and of course the standard defense pact. Pretty standard stuff. Diversity in the market place is the sign of a healthy economy. Opening our nations to each other will expand markets for both of us. There is no reason why both our boats can't rise with the high tide of booming trade.
However if you don't want to trade then that is fine, I respect your decision, and the trade proposal will stand as a standing offer to your nation should you ever change your mind."

"I have one more thing I need to discuss with you about Vostag's portion of this once we settle the this bit about trade." Says the Kaiser to inform everyone while he waits for the responses.
IC: The Young Emir stands up, and begins his statement on behalf of Alinu. "I would first like to thank Hetaman Olglock for providing the summit, and the Kaiser of the Hyperboreans for organizing this event. I wish to inform that Alinu is completely open to the markets, and we will most certainly begin trading with you officially. We are especially taken by Sovern and Hyperborean markets, they show promise and fierce competition. That is a battle I will see. Alinu will accept all terms in your proposed treaty."
IC: "The proposed treaty of which you proposed will be accepted." the Emir replies, "I am happy we can finally establish a friendly relationship, despite our past, we can only move forward."
IC: "I apologize, but at this time we are not interested in establishing trade with your nation." Emir Masa Mami sincerely informs, with modest compassion.
IC: Heir Prince Yugaffi Maika II. shakes his head, "Nothing can be done to satisfy what is already satisfied." he helps himself to the provided drinks and snacks. He manners himself with a napkin. "We appreciate the gesture, but we already have a large base in other countries, and we're fairly well off, even before the time of the Emirs' Return; Belfi was always an economically prospering country; rich with all that any corner of the world could offer. Any foreign agreement we do have can only benefit us in our long term effort, things have already been established prior to this summit."

IC: Usislur is willing to trade with Vostag, as it believes an incredibly competitive market will insure long term tranquility.
IC: "There will be no need to expand trade into Hyperborean markets, were trying to build up more industries before we can trend into new territory."
IC: "We appreciate the offer, but no thank you. Maybe in the future we can reach the topic on a better note. We will look over it when we are ready."
IC: Great! I feel the exact same way. Friendly competition in the markets prevents stagnation and promotes prosperity for all involved. I'm glad we can do business.
IC: That is perfectly understandable and I respect your decision. As stated previously when you are willing to trade this proposal shall still be there as a standing offer. Whenver you're ready then just give me a call and I'm sure we can work something out.

IC: “Alright then. Seeing as the bit about trade is resolved that leaves the only real issue, at least in Hyperborea’s eyes, left to be resolved. That being the joint military bases in 
Amerecus, 
Belfi, Geruya, and Usislur.
With this new treaty between Usislur and Hyperborea I see no reason why the joint military bases there cannot continue to be operated jointly to protect the region from threats of piracy and the like.
I had my people create a map of Aoeria showing the location of the joint military installations, the unbuilt canal proposal, and the hedran port described in the AII. The olive drab pentagons are the locations of the bases in question.
This leaves the joint military bases in Amerecus, Belfi, and Geruya. Now I will make it clear that Vostag cannot and will not give up the military installations in question. Vostag put up the majority of the funds, 51%, to purchase the territory and build the military installations in question. Vostag is therefore the majority, controlling interest in said installations. These bases will be integral in the war against Lemuria and for monitoring Lemuria after the war to make sure that such a war as this can never happen again. However, I do have a few possible solutions.
Vostag will by you out of your 24%. Each base cost a total of 800 million Marks. So, 24% comes to ᛗ192,000,000 Marks.
1. You agree to Vostag’s treaty proposal or something similar and the installations can continue to be operated jointly.
2. We can agree to at least a non-aggression pact and we can continue to operate these bases jointly.
3. Vostag can pay the ᛗ192,000,000 Marks with interest to buy out your 24% minority stake in said bases.
4. Or if we can’t reach an agreement then we can basically cut your minority portions of each base off from the rest of the installation’s facilities rendering your portion useless. This last option is one I really hope doesn’t have to be used and will only be used in the event that all other options have been exhausted.
I do hope we can come to some sort of peaceful agreement on this as these bases are key going to be critical to the war especially in the event that the UTF decides whether or not to use Aoeria as the launching point for the invasion of Lemuria. And in the meantime, they will continue to be used to prevent and deter piracy and threats to the region which could cause destabilization of Aoeria.”
IC: "Much like my Belfian counterpart suggests, I believe the best we can do is the second option, the promptness of a basic non-aggression pact is of something I can get behind. Even though we arent interested in trade doesnt mean we arent interested in a continental defense. However, I want to make it clear that I dont want to regret this decision, I have no desire to see the Hyperboreans use these installations against us in the future. Otherwise there will be repercussions, I am sure you understand."
IC: "We are fine with establishing a non-aggression pact and jointly operating our collective defense against the Lemurians."
IC: "Excellent! I'm glad we could come to an agreement on one of the more peaceful options. I hope with these defense pacts will prevent any conflicts from arising between us and those which may arise to be solved through peaceful communication. So long as these defense pacts are respected by you then I promise you that they will be respected by Hyperborea and you should have no fears of us using them against us. I'm really glad we could work this out between us.
