Following a case submitted by Beijingistan, the Court finds the following:
▪ His Excellency has breached Article II.3 of the Constitution for failing to hold a 'democratic election on behalf of the People' every fortnight due to his negligence
▪ The current Chairman, Shulistan, is illegally holding his Office, as it contravenes Article II.1 which states '[the Chairman of the Politburo] shall hold their Office during the Term of two Weeks'.
The Court hereby orders the following:
▪ A Chairman election to be held with immediate effect
▪ The removal of Shulistan from his Office and temporarily appointing His Excellency as 'Chairman pro Tempore'
▪ His Excellency paying Z$1.99 (or its equivalent in other currencies, i.e. 3.9 trillion Foods) in damages to Beijingistan
