The strife and panic so caused by this traitor has upset the calm seas of liberty and equality, forcing sides to be taken and the cartel to be split into divides. With respect to the Administration of the Communist Cartel, The Federation of Laksrike condemns this decision. Forming opposing opinions is no crime, and peace does not mean silence. It is vital to our democracy that we do not condemn those who criticise His Excellency or the Administration. The Federation of Laksrike implores the Administration to reverse their decision. Furthermore, Laksrike suggests legislation be enacted to clearly define when it is legal and pertinent to label someone as a traitor of the revolution to ensure all such incidents are constistent, constitutional and fair.

His Excellency would like to point out in regards to Pakchoistan's denunciation, that the Politburo has acted intra vires and the denunciation was entirely constitutional under the current legal framework. However, as previously stated by Chairman Notcommunististan, the Politburo is currently discussing new amendments to Article V of the Constitution to ensure a more fair and transparent process.
In accordance to Article V, Section 1, only General Secretary Shulistan and Chairman Notcommunististan have the legal powers to initiate a reversal of this denunciation.

I officially remove the title of Traitor of the State using our most recent amendment which implements a system of parole. This allows Abhay to regain all of his rights, but any further issues created will be treated with less kind-hearted leadership. I would like to clarify that Founding Father His Excellency has no authority to denounce or reverse the denunciation of a Traitor of the Revolution. Instead it is the General Secretary and the Chairman of the Politburo that has such powers in accordance with Article V of the Constitution.
