Yeah, the Communist Cartel (or NationStates for that matter) really isn't a thing I do anymore. My main hobbies now is making YouTube videos (although I take forever to make them). If you want to join my personal Discord server, you're also free to do so at:

Bengaliana wrote:Greetings everyone. This is Bengaliana from India. We are happily announcing that recently, we have elected a new WAD, who is our very honourable Neo Kerala. Along with him, we have a new cabinet as well, and I, Bengaliana will be serving in it as Minister of Foreign Affairs this time. I hope the ties between India and the Communist Cartel can be improving day by day. Thank you.

Thank you Bengaliana, I hope you have a successful tenure as the Foreign Minister of India!

It's nice to be associated with the best communist dealer in NS again.

We are sorry to see the closure of this embassy, since we gained it via our relationship/Alliance with r/SimDemocracy.
If you feel like you wish to continue it, I understand, but I am still disappointed

My apologies, there was a misunderstanding on my point, as I thought the region was inactive (and I was clearing out embassies). I've cancelled closure.

Nice to see the embassy revived.

Beijingistan

Post by His Excellency suppressed by Beijingistan.

Statement from the Foreign Minister of His Excellency

Earlier today, a representative from the Politburo of Beijingistan made an offensive remark that His Excellency "only" has "average" political freedom.

I have to ask you, Beijingistan, whether you understand His Excellency? Have you been to His Excellency? Did you know that His Excellency has lifted 8 billion people out of poverty? And did you know that His Excellency is a top 0.4% economy in the world from a very low foundation? Do you think development is possible without the protection of political rights? And did you know that His Excellency has written protection and promotion of political rights into our Constitution? Other people don't know better than the Excellent people about the political freedom situation in His Excellency and it's the Excellent people who are in the best position to have a say in His Excellency's political freedom position. And so I'd like to make a suggest to not make remarks in such an irresponsible manner and we welcome goodwill suggestions but we reject groundless or unwarranted accusations.

The Communist Cartel is collectively top 3% in charmlessness, all thanks to Totallyuntotalitarianistan, Wearenumberoneistan, First amendment, Psychologicaldisorderistan, and Dysfunctionalities having ridiculous charmlessness stats.

Thank you for your brief state visit, New Walaca.

I hope you enjoyed your stay.

Foreign Travel Advice for Beijingistan
His Excellency Department of Foreign Affairs

Beijingistan is generally a safe and friendly country. However, travellers from His Excellency should continue to take due diligence before embarking on their travels to the country.

👮 Safety and security

Beijingistan is a generally safe country. There are higher risks of petty crime in Beijingistan than in His Excellency, particularly at busy transport links in and around New Beijing. Sensible precautions to protect belongings such as passport, money, and phones should be taken.

Law enforcement is far more ubiquitous in Beijingistan. Travellers should take caution to not aggravate police as police brutality, while very low risk, cannot be ruled out. Beijingistan has higher rates of suicide in police custody than in His Excellency.

Excellent travellers who wish to visit non-urban areas should follow advice given by the Beijingistan authorities to prevent getting mauled to death by pandas.

👨‍⚖️ Local laws and customs

Nudity is not always considered appropriate attire and Excellent travellers may be expected to wear clothing on certain occasions. Excellent travellers have found themselves in trouble in the past for indecent exposure.

Clothing is widely available in Beijingistan but importing it into His Excellency is illegal under the Nudity Act 2019. Any importation of clothing to His Excellency will result in seizure of goods and possibly a fine.

Charity is severely frowned upon. Foreigners have sometimes been convicted on bribery and corruption offences for attempting to give donations to police officers or politicians.

Most people in Beijingistan have jobs due to extremely high employment rates. Arranging to hang out with Beijingistanians during working hours is considered inappropriate. Public transit is particularly busy during rush hours.

Certain norms and customs that are seen as normal in His Excellency may be considered rude and impolite in Beijingistan. Refrain from asking to speak to the manager if in a store.

The country is very friendly and hospitable to LGBTQ+ visitors.

💶 Money

The currency of Beijingistan is Food. Make sure you have access to the local currency as shops do not accept Zimbabwean Dollars—a position that does not change even after speaking to the manager.

Beijingistan can be very expensive as its people are expected to have some sort of disposable income. Make sure you bring enough funds with you. Implanted microchip payments are not widely accepted but phone and contactless payments are.

Due to stringent anti-corruption laws there are limits to the amount of physical currency you can carry into and out of Beijingistan. If you bring more than 25,000 Foods to the country, you must declare it to customs on arrival. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to arrest, substantial fines, and seizure of money.

🚑 Health

Travellers should obtain a free Cartel Health Insurance Card (CHIC) before leaving for Beijingistan. The CHIC card entitles all Excellent travellers and expats to state provided medical treatment from Beijingistan that may become necessary during your trip.

If you are in need of emergency medical assistance, call or text 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Upon arrival at Beijingistan, His Excellency travellers are eight percent more likely to die unexpectedly. Public healthcare provision is far lower than what is usually expected by Excellent citizens. Expats therefore who wish to remain in Beijingistan should expect to shave 1.5 years off their life expectancy.

BREAKING — Elon Musk loses no confidence vote
Ai jazeeraLatest news, political analysis, and bold perspectives on current events

DOOFENSHMIRTZ EVIL INCORPORATED — The Board of Directors of Totallyuntotalitarianistan has voted to oust Elon Musk as Chief Executive in a vote of no confidence, replacing him with former Chief Executive Ajit Pai.

Totallyuntotalitarianistan's lagging economy has been cited as the reason for Elon Musk's ejection, with directors in the lead up to the vote pointing out that economic growth has slowed following Musk's appointment as Chief Executive.

His replacement, Ajit Pai, has previously been praised as the "safe steward of the Totallyuntotalitarianistan economy". Under his leadership, the nation formerly surpassed His Excellency in both economic strength and economic output. The nation's eventual fall from that leading position led the Board of Directors to eventually replace him with Elon Musk.
