Greetings, I'm Nexus Sierra, and I am currently running to be the next Minister of Foreign Affairs. My main priority, if I get elected into office is to focus on repairing and adding to the region's foreign affairs. Several examples of what I prioritize on is a core issue the majority of the region's people will often reference or bring up, that's the reputation in the community. Fixing the reputation is not necessarily an easy task to turn around, but my job is to willingly take on the difficulties that I'll face to turn Layem into a good renowned region once more. However, that is not the only long term goal I intend to pursue while in office as well. Another goal I plan to accomplish on the behalf of Layem in advance is leaning back on the isolationism we have, and try to outreach into the community to make Layem more interconnected with the outside world. I do not mean merge with other regions, but to engage in more interregional activities, events, and with our own allies. I strive for implementing a balance of remaining to ourselves in an Independent sense but being more open to other places. Down below is a list of my goals that will be expected to be fulfilled in office under my term if elected. Vote on who you trust. The option is solely on your choice of free will and free thought.

Goals as Minister of Foreign Affairs:

1#: (Community) - By community, this is part of my foreign affairs agenda where I focus on reputation repair and interconnectivity between Layem with other regions. Being a community is learning to get along and coexist in the same place where we all live together in a way. Together we can help one another, and learn to be a leading example in NationStates.

2#: (Unity) - By unity, this part of my agenda in the office is to simply unify the people of Layem with the community, Nationstates, and our own allies as well. Together we're stronger in numbers, and with that strengthened spirit, our bond can grow bigger than before. If I'm elected, I'll work together jointly with the Chief Minister to organize inter-regional roleplays as one goal for unity.

3#: (Diplomacy) - By diplomacy, this is a smaller but still equally important part of my agenda like everything else. Diplomacy and ambassadorship are the two key core elements to building alliances and embassies. Under my term, I intend to overlook Layem's current list of embassies for example to explore opportunities such as possibly removing obsolete embassies that are no longer good.

4#: (Security) - By security, this is a large core factor that will sincerely remain under my term if I get elected. Good security I believe must include a good offence and a good defence to equal an all-round force. Security helps Layem deter threats before they strike, and swiftly respond to threats when they do strike. The Layem Defense Coalition also known as the Layem Militia is our region's current response to security risks. I'll attempt to boost if not contribute decent time to making the LDC more efficient even though they're already efficient as it is.

One Additional Goal In Office:

1#: Appointing Minister of Defense - According to one of our past recent bills, a new Minister of Defense must be chosen or re-elected if already served a term. My appointment for Minister of Defence would be re-electing Acren for another term if he wants to of course since I wasn't able to find other willing options available. Acren has served one term as the MoD so far, and is a co-founder of the Layem Defense Coalition force. He will my first choice for Minister of Defense.
